  • I create movement based on our human movement patterns that already exist. As well as my knowledge in Hatha Yoga, Reiki Energy and Ashtanga Yoga. These paths weave together to create movement that makes you feel powerful, energized while also being safe and accessible.

  • Absolutely! You can work with me whether you have been practicing yoga for 20 years, or 20 minutes. I aim to create accessible classes and practices together so you can bring this knowledge with you as you feel works for you.
